We serve traditional Appalachian dishes, with locally foraged and sourced ingredients.
Our menu changes with the seasons and availability of products, featuring creative and inspired dishes year round.
We are looking for experienced and team oriented people to join our growing staff.
We are currently accepting resumes for a full time Assistant Pastry Cook, with creativity and drive to head our Creamery department, successfully creating recipes and executing the production of the frozen confections we serve.
A prime candidate for these positions is an individual seeking solid employment in a unique, fast paced casual culinary environment, with a minimum of one year's experience in a similar setting.
